Hendrickson Business Services, LLC was founded by husband-and-wife team Glenn and Katie Hendrickson as a way to bring their individual talents together under one professional umbrella. What began as a practical step to formalize Glenn’s work as an independent contractor has grown into a business rooted in shared values: integrity, reliability, tenacity, professionalism, collaboration, and excellence.

Glenn is an experienced director and producer who brings creative vision and strategic execution to every project. With a background in digital television and live production, he thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about meaningful storytelling. Katie is a career administrative professional who brings structure, communication, and high-level support to both individuals and organizations. She currently works full-time as an Executive Assistant in the logistics industry while pursuing her MBA.

Their professional journey began at the happiest place on earth — quite literally. Glenn and Katie met in 2012 as part of the opening team for Cars Land in Disney California Adventure. Katie worked in Attractions and Glenn in Food & Beverage, and their paths didn’t truly cross until one fateful day off when Katie stopped at the Cozy Cone Motel for lunch. Glenn was covering a rare front-of-house shift when Katie approached the counter. With a signature blend of charm and dad humor, he greeted her with: “Hi, how CONE I help you?” She rolled her eyes, but it was meant to be. A few backstage hellos later, Glenn did a little Facebook sleuthing and discovered they shared not just a love of theme parks, but also a shared commitment to their Christian faith — and a love for Star Trek. The rest, as they say, is history. They began dating in 2013, were married in 2015, and have been collaborating ever since. Today, they bring that same spirit of magic, detail, and dedication to their work — offering creative production and professional services for those who value excellence with a personal touch.
